Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday may begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum order value and no shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Duties and Taxes Are Included

All prices shown on our website include applicable import duties and taxes.

This means you will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes when your order is delivered. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it is in transit we are unable to modify it.
